💯 How I view success as a designer

• Stories: Sometimes it is reaching some KPI or OKR number, but in reality, success as a designer is hearing an impact narrative of a user before and after our product was created. That somehow they benefited from using or seeing our product/service.
• Team morale: also means everyone on the team feels valued, listened to, and contributes to the project. This means making expectations clear across the board and affirming people’s contributions, big or small!
• Influence: Our stakeholders or teammates across departments can understand our vision and come on board to the vision.
